Opportunity Develop, implement, and maintain the data quality management (compliance) plan for more than 260,000 alumnae and donor records. Responsible for all phases of the data quality lifecycle including: quality assessments and data profiling; quality design; quality transformation and monitoring that result in measurable and sustained data integrity. Manage special projects related to data and reporting needs within the Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement (DPAE). Reports to the Executive Director, Data Intelligence and Technology, DPAE or designated administrator.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field from an accredited university or college and two years of experience working with reporting and database development tools. Or A minimum of six years of progressively responsible work experience in data entry, performing data uploads, and data auditing; experience implementing data and process improvements; maintaining large databases (over 150,000 records), with a demonstrated understanding of data manipulation, data design, quality assessment, and profiling concepts. Requires demonstrated knowledge/ability in use of enterprise reporting systems such as Tableau. Must possess advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Access) with ability to manipulate and format data.
